The public is invited to a ribbon cutting ceremony in celebration of our new clarifier. This project was five years in the making and cost 4.8 million dollars, funded by the USDA.  The ceremony will be held at our Waste Water Treatment Plant located at 13705 Jensen Road, in Clearlake Oaks, on November 16th, at 11 a.m. Hope to see everyone there.
