Until further notice the lobby will be closed to the public.  No cash payments will be accepted, however, on line payments can be made 24 hours per day at clocwd.org or by calling our telephone payment system at 707-216-2006.  As always, payments can be dropped in the night drop or mailed.  So sorry for the inconvenience and hope everyone stays safe.
