Our community's water meters are read each month on or as close to the 15th as possible. Please contact our office for any additional information.
Beginning July 1, 2021, Water base rates will be increased annually with the final adjustment under this schedule to be implemented July 1, 2026.

Beginning July 1, 2021, Sewer base rates will be increased annually with the final adjustment under this schedule to be implemented on July 1, 2026.
CRP Funding
CRP sands for "Capital Replacement Project" it is a portion of the bill that is deposited into a seperate account to help pay for infrastructure repairs throughout the district. So when applying for State and Federal grants, it is a requirement to show funds available for repair and replacement. This rate is line itemized on your bill for tracking purposes.
Beginning July 1, 2021, CRP Water will be increased by 2.5% annually with the final adjustment under this schedule to be implemented no later then July 1, 2026.
Beginning July 1, 2021, CRP Sewer will be increased by 25.75% initially with subsequent annual increases of 3.0%, with the final adjustment under this schedule to be implemented no later then July 1, 2026.
